Starvation is nature's way of keeping populations within the boundaries that their environments can support. Thus, condoms prevent starvation. And short, un-sustained injections of food just lead to more starvation one generation later. Here's Mechai Viravaidya explaining how condoms saved Thailand:
Now, which charity will stand up and say that condoms are key? Hint: it isn't the vatican. I'm not aware of any. At least Doctors without borders recommends them in the fight against HIV.
